The channel will be 800 meters long and 80 wide, constructed of Bara blocks on both sides. This together with the dock will increase the surface in 425.000 m² extended into the sea.

Ataman Blocks will be placed in the protection bank of the docks. From the Clock Tower to the central area of the dock, an artificial island will be done for boats with more than 20 mts length. The place where all the social events will be is in the Foredeck, although the location is still to decide.

The base of the teams is located in both sides of the docks. The press centre will be in the old Marine Station with a capacity for  3000 journalists. Row of seats will be placed to follow the competition from the beach.
