Guer Ingeniería, S.L began to work on the 23rd of December 2003 with the objective to investigate, design and develop new technologies in the fields of civil engineering, mainly maritime. The units are created and investigated in order to patent and to market them, not only in Spain, but also on the international scene.
Nowadays we have four kinds of patented units with the commercial names ATAMAN, BARA, HABITAT and EMITE.
The company started its commercial activity in November 2004 and has already obtained the exploitation rights for its patents on seven submarine emissaries and in eight Spanish ports. One of them, the Port of Valencia with its new design and enlargement used these new technologies to represent Spain during the international venue of the America’s Cup 2007.
